    Yes all the offices look out to Southampton Water and the Solent. We get great sunsets!
  • What is the cost?

  • What is your flexibility?
    For the right clients we can make flexible shorter term arrangements if required.
  • Are bills and utilities included?
    These are all covered within the rent - you don’t need to worry about it, there are no hidden extra costs. Shared fibre broadband is available at additional cost or you can arrange your own broadband.
  • Is high speed fibre broadband available?
    There is high speed fibre broadband available to the building at up to 80Mb – we can also offer shared WIFI access if required.
  • Is parking available?
    Parking availability within the business estate is good and we have ample shared parking spaces at no extra cost.
  • Are business rates applicable?
    Under current legislation, you can gain 100% rate relief for this size of space - there should be nothing to pay.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    All the offices have their own programmable controlled comfort cooling and heating.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Depending on term of contract normally a few months’ rent equivalent will suffice.
  • What security is there?
    The building has an alarm, secure external door, an inner locked door and each office has its own locking system. The space is covered by a modern security system with remote monitoring. The building operates a recorded external and internal CCTV system.
  • Is there access at weekends?
    Access is available 24/7 - there are no gates etc to unlock.
  • What are the facilities like?
    There is a newly fitted kitchen / breakout space with a dishwasher etc. The wash rooms have recently been upgraded.
  • What is the general condition?
    All the communal areas and individual office spaces have been newly refurbished with new carpets / painting and blinds etc
  • Is the space professionally cleaned?
    The communal areas are covered, and we can arrange for cleaning at a very reasonable cost if required for your office space, so you don’t need to manage it.
  • Are there any food outlets nearby?
    There is a good café a short walk way – “The flying boat café”, several visiting food vans, a Co-op convenience store and some excellent pubs a short drive, or 10mins walk away. The building is on the waterfront so there is plenty of opportunity for some lunch time exercise and fresh air.
